Week running up to this years big event promised torretial rainfall/ showers/ sunny spells and even snow dependant on which weather forecast you read or even who text you believed. In the end, there was no cause for concern as the sun shone most of the day and into the evening leaving several sun kissed racegoers.

Changes to this years proceedings included drinking in the carpark before the bus came, drinking on the bus itself, wine and sparking wine ( not even mocked setting a standard me thinks, ) a buffet of hats and a rather good win with all but one joining in the consortium (yeh, yeh)

I'll not do the usual 'memoirs' as I'll leave this to those who went. I've put a forum at the bottom of this page and this can be edited at will.
